According to the Garden State MLS, currently there are five (5) homes actively listed for sale in this Franklin Township delevopment, at the time of posting. Two are new listings: One is a 2 bedroom-2 bath one floor ranch ($264,900). The other is a two story, 3 bedroom-2.5 bath townhome ($318,000). Listing prices range between $264,900 and $323,000.
No Carriage Homes sales have closed since the last report. Since the last report, there have been two ranch style homes and one 2-story townhome to go under contract. That's what is happening in the marketplace, now.
