I came across this older "tweet" from an Ohio home inspector who was attempting to sell his home on his own without without success. Need I say more?

Then there are those FSBO's who will either lie and say they got buyers interested, or those who actually had interest...but didn't know how to reel in the fish with the bait they used...and they don't even know what bait they used.....
Hi Michael - That comment is right on target. I'm surprised that anyone in the business would go it alone like that. You would think that a home inspector would know enough to involve a Realtor in his attempt to sell his home.

Michael, What a refreshing comment! So many people are down on Realtors and our profession has such a bad rap sometimes. It's nice to see someone making a statement, or tweet in this case, about the fact that we miraculously have some use to a lot of good folks needing real estate services!
